孔石莼(Ulva pertusa)对Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附动力学

  研究了孔石莼(Ulva pertusa)对Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附动力学,从Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的初始浓度、温度及Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)共存等方面探讨影响吸附速率及吸附容量的因素。采用准一级动力学和准二级动力学方程描述了吸附过程的动力学特性。结果表明,准二级动力学方程能较好地拟合孔石莼吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的实验数据(拟合优度r2>0.99)。平衡吸附量qe随初始浓度增加而增大,准二级动力学速率常数k2则随初始浓度增加而减小。三个初始浓度下k2对温度的响应呈相似的趋势,不同于已有的对死藻的研究结果。孔石莼对Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附量小于Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量,Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)共存时,Zn(Ⅱ)的存在对孔石莼吸附Cu(Ⅱ)有明显的抑制作用,但Cu(Ⅱ)对孔石莼吸附Zn(Ⅱ)的影响不明显。
