实验结果表明:斑蝥酸钠和肿节风能改善肿瘤细胞和荷瘤小鼠的能量代谢,提高过氧化氢酶活力,即降低荷瘤小鼠的癌毒激素水平,故改善能量代谢可能是它们控制和缓解癌变的途径之一;H22癌细胞的 cAMP 与 cGMP 的比值明显低于正常鼠肝,经斑蝥酸钠治疗后的荷瘤小鼠癌细胞的 cAMP 和 cAMP/cGMP 均高于未经治疗的荷瘤小鼠,同时测得癌细胞 cAMP-磷酸二酯酶(低 Km)明显下降。因此,斑蝥酸钠的抗癌作用可能与降低cAMP-磷酸二酯酶活性从而提高癌细胞的 cAMP 有关。
The experimental results show that sodium cantharidin and swollen wind can improve the energy metabolism of tumor cells and tumor-bearing mice, and increase the activity of catalase, that is, reduce cancerous hormone levels in tumor-bearing mice. Therefore, it is possible to control energy metabolism by controlling them. One of the ways to ease canceration; the ratio of cAMP to cGMP in H22 cancer cells was significantly lower than that in normal mice. The cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in cancer-bearing mice treated with cantharidinate were higher than those in untreated ones. In tumor-bearing mice, a significant decrease in cAMP-phosphodiesterase (low Km) was detected. Therefore, the anticancer effect of sodium cantharidin may be related to the decrease of cAMP-phosphodiesterase activity and thus increase of cAMP in cancer cells.
