应用高效液相色谱仪对致倦库蚊胃、胸肌及各期卵巢的匀浆内游离氨基酸进行分析,结果表明:①致倦库蚊羽化蚊与吸小鼠血后第5天蚊比较,胃组织匀浆内氨基酸种类和含量有较明显的变化,吸血后含量明显增加的氨基酸主要有蛋氨酸、鸟氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸,而赖氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸等含量减少;蚊胸肌匀浆内检出18种氨基酸,以蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、鸟氨酸等含量较高,吸血后天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸等增加,丝氨酸、酪氨酸等则减少。无论在胃还是在胸肌匀浆,氨基酸总量吸血蚊明显高于羽化蚊。②致倦库蚊各期卵巢的匀浆内氨基酸变化较大,氨基酸种类分别为Ⅱ期16种、Ⅲ期18种,Ⅳ和Ⅴ期各19种。蛋氨酸、鸟氨酸等在各发育期卵巢内均占较大的比重。氨基酸总量亦随卵巢的发育而明显增加。

(2) Amino acids in the homogenates of Culex quinquefasciatus were significantly different in different stages of ovarian tissue. There were 16 kinds of amino acids in the second stage, 18 kinds in the third stage, and 19 kinds in the stages Ⅳ and Ⅴ. Methionine, ornithine and so on in each stage of ovarian development accounted for a larger proportion. The total amount of amino acids also significantly increased with the development of the ovary.
