目的探讨人工流产后即时放置吉妮柔适IUD的临床效果。方法选择自愿人工流产终止妊娠的妇女200例,随机分组,观察组100例,术后即时放置吉妮柔适IUD,对照组100例,术后采取其他避孕方法。观察两组术后流血时间、流血量、感染率、月经恢复、痛经、宫腔粘连、再次妊娠等情况。结果术后流血时间、流血量、感染率、月经恢复情况两组无差别。观察组痛经、宫腔粘连、再次妊娠都少于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论人工流产术后即时放置IUD对流血时间、流血量、感染率无影响。对预防术后并发症,如闭经、宫腔粘连,及减少重复流产具有很好的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gentian soft IUD immediately after induced abortion. Methods Two hundred and seventy women with voluntary termination of pregnancy induced by artificial abortion were randomly divided into observation group (n = 100) and postoperative Gently Soft IUD (n = 100) and control group (n = 100). Two groups were observed after bleeding time, blood loss, infection rate, menstruation recovery, dysmenorrhea, intrauterine adhesions, pregnancy again and so on. Results Postoperative bleeding time, blood loss, infection rate, menstrual recovery no difference between the two groups. Observation group dysmenorrhea, intrauterine adhesions, pregnancy again less than the control group (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Immediate placement of IUD after artificial abortion had no effect on bleeding time, blood loss and infection rate. To prevent postoperative complications, such as amenorrhea, intrauterine adhesions, and reduce repeated abortion has a good effect.
