聚肌胞是一种广谱抗病毒药物,对多种病毒感染具有预防和治疗作用,也是一种良好的非专一性免疫增强剂。本文总结国产聚肌胞治疗早期流行性出血热临床双盲试验结果表明聚肌胞早期使用有促使退热加快,减轻肾损的作用,越低血压及少尿期的病例数亦较多,对流行性出血热防治有实际意义。
Polymyosin is a broad-spectrum antiviral drug that has prophylactic and therapeutic effects against a variety of viral infections and is also a good nonspecific immune enhancer. This paper summarizes the results of clinical double-blind trial of domestic polychaete in the treatment of early epidemic hemorrhagic fever. The results showed that the early use of polymyosin has the effect of accelerating the fever and reducing the renal damage.
