当前,企业养老保险正在深入开展扩面工作,急需覆盖更多的企业和职工,维护更多职工的权益,解决更多职工的后顾之忧。这项工作的开展遇到不少阻力和困难,企业保险机构依然勇往直前,并取得了可喜的成果。与企业养老保险相比,机关事业单位养老保险近来不仅没有扩展,少数地区反而让已实行养老保险制度改革的机关(包括全额拔款事业单位)停保或退保,返回到离退休费由财政统包的传统养老模式。这一养老保险政策上的重大调整给机关事业养老保险带来了一些负面影响。
At present, enterprise pension insurance is going deep into expanding its work. It urgently needs to cover more enterprises and workers, safeguarding the rights and interests of more employees and resolving the worries of more workers. The development of this work encountered a lot of resistance and difficulties, and the corporate insurance agencies were still moving forward with gratifying results. Compared with the corporate pension insurance, pension insurance in the government agencies has not only failed to expand in recent years, but in a few areas, the authorities that have implemented the reform of the pension insurance system (including the full-funded ones) stopped or surrendered and returned to the retirement fee from Fiscal reunification of the traditional pension model. The significant adjustment in this pension insurance policy has brought some negative effects on pension insurance for government agencies.
