人力资源市场化配置说法由来已久,党的十八大报告提出“劳动者自主就业、市场调节就业、政府促进就业、鼓励创业”四位一体就业方针,再次强调市场在人力资源配置中的基础性作用。在这个过程当中,公共就业服务机构主要是通过建立信息交流平台和供需对接平台来促进人力资源合理有序流动。从根本上讲,我们更多的是提供一种服务。那么如何让我们的服务做到质量更优、效率更高、效果更好、服务对象更满意?笔者总结自己多年从事就业工积累的数点经验如下,与读者共飨。
