对54例单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)患者(33例活动期,21例稳定期)和30例正常人泪液中的β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-mG)含量进行测定。结果表明:活动期患者泪液中β_2-mG含量(15.26±3.28mg/L)明显高于稳定期(91.91±1.06mg/L)和正常对照组(10.13±1.12mg/L)。讨论了β_2-mG在细胞免疫中的作用,并对β_2-mG的变化与HSK复发机制之间的关系进行了初步探讨。
The content of β_2-microglobulin (β_2-mG) in 54 cases of herpes simplex virus keratitis (HSK) (33 active cases, 21 stable patients) and 30 normal human tears were measured. The results showed that the content of β_2-mG in the tear of patients with active phase (15.26 ± 3.28mg / L) was significantly higher than that of the stable phase (91.91 ± 1.06mg / L) and the normal control group (10.13 ± 1.12mg / L). The role of β_2-mG in cellular immunity was discussed, and the relationship between the changes of β_2-mG and the mechanism of HSK recurrence was discussed.
