Cxcl12/cxcr4生物轴在胃癌演进过程中有着重要作用,它参与癌细胞增殖、生长微环境调控、癌细胞转移等过程。笔者对此生物轴国内外相关研究进展进行综述,主要内容包括:Cxcl12/cxcr4生物轴的构成和信号传导通路;胃癌组织中的表达及意义;在胃癌细胞增殖、新生血管生成、特异性转移的作用以及通过特异性抑制Cxcl12/cxcr4生物轴对胃癌的治疗。
The biological axis of Cxcl12 / cxcr4 plays an important role in the evolution of gastric cancer. It participates in the process of cancer cell proliferation, regulation of growth microenvironment and cancer cell metastasis. The author summarizes the research progress of this biological axis both at home and abroad. The main contents include: the composition and signal transduction pathways of Cxcl12 / cxcr4 biological axis; the expression and significance of Cxcl12 / cxcr4 in gastric cancer tissue; in the proliferation, angiogenesis and specific metastasis of gastric cancer As well as the treatment of gastric cancer by specifically inhibiting the biological axis of Cxcl12 / cxcr4.
