1目的 探讨反复呼吸道感染 (RRI)病儿头发微量元素含量的变化及意义。 2方法 采用质子激光 -X射线荧光法 ,检测 10 0例 RRI病儿与 5 0例健康儿童头发中微量元素锌 (Zn)、钙 (Ca)、铁 (Fe)、铜 (Cu)、铅 (Pb)含量。 3结果 RRI病儿头发微量元素 Zn,Fe,Ca含量明显低于对照组 (t=2 .977~ 6 .32 6 ,P<0 .0 1) ;两组 Cu,Pb含量比较无显著性差异 (t=1.10 5 ,1.110 ,P>0 .0 5 )。 4结论 微量元素缺乏在 RRI的发展中可能起着重要作用。对RRI病儿适当补充微量元素有助于该病的治疗
