为了评价32份甜瓜材料的苗期耐弱光性并对其进行分类,采用遮光处理,运用相关性分析、主成分分析和平方Euclidean聚类法进行分析,逐步回归法建立评价方程。结果表明:9个指标存在一定的相关性,其中叶长、叶宽、茎粗、叶绿素含量,侧枝数、叶数与综合评价D值显著相关;以特征值大于1作为纳入标准,提取到4个主成分,累计贡献率达78.253%;聚类分析将32份甜瓜的耐弱光性分为4个等级,鉴定出绿皮甜宝为耐弱光性强的材料,白玉人和特大香八里为极不耐弱光材料;逐步回归将8个鉴定指标纳入方程,建立了耐弱光性的评价方程;根据置信区间估计值对甜瓜的耐弱光性进行较好的评价。
In order to evaluate the seedling light tolerance and classification of 32 muskmelon materials, shading treatment was adopted. Correlation analysis, principal component analysis and square Euclidean clustering analysis were used to establish the evaluation equation. The results showed that there were some correlations among the 9 indexes.
