根据各种扣球技术的特点和普通高校学生的实际情况,对扣球的教学顺序加以改进。以两个排球选修班的男生为实验对象,分别采用常规的和改进的扣球方法进行教学。对比结果显示,逆向扣教学法更便于学生学习和掌握扣球技术。
According to the characteristics of various smashing techniques and the actual conditions of college students, the teaching of smashing balls should be improved. The boys from two volleyball elective classes were used as experimental subjects, and the conventional and improved spiking methods were used respectively for teaching. Comparative results show that reverse deduction teaching method is more convenient for students to learn and master spike technology.
