党参系传统的补益中药,具有益气健脾、扶正培本的功效。本文研究了党参对动物缺氧耐力的影响,发现其具有明显的抗缺氧作用。材料与方法药液制备:将党参和红参分别加水煎煮,煎液浓缩备用;注射液按水提醇沉法制得。动物与给药途经:小白鼠,体重18~22g,雌雄兼用,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组按30g/kg体重灌服党参水煎液,对照组给以同剂量的红参水煎液或等容量生理盐水,于给药后1h进行耐缺氧实验。家兔,体重2.2~2.7kg,雌雄不拘,按5g/kg体重腹腔注射党参注射液,给药后30min测定动脉血气值。
Codonopsis is a traditional replenishing Chinese medicine, which has the effect of replenishing Qi, strengthening spleen, and strengthening the body. This article studied the effect of Codonopsis on animal hypoxia tolerance and found that it has obvious anti-hypoxia effect. Materials and methods Preparation of liquid medicine: The codonopsis pilosula and the red ginseng were respectively decocted with boiling water, and the decoction was concentrated for later use; the injection was prepared by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. Animals and administration routes: mice, weighing 18 ~ 22g, both male and female, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was fed with decoction of Dangshen by 30 g/kg body weight, and the control group was given the same dose of red ginseng decoction or equal volume of normal saline. The hypoxic tolerance test was performed at 1 hour after administration. Rabbits weighing 2.2 to 2.7 kg, either male or female, were injected with Dangshen Injection at a dose of 5 g/kg body weight. Arterial blood gas values were measured 30 minutes after administration.
