Why is TEXO leading the way in the world of web-weaving devices? After the authors visited the company, the answer is simple—management. The Swedish company TEXO is located in ALMHULT, a town in the south-central province of the country. It is a small-scale company that produces TM type netting machines and polyester warping machines. More than 100 employees, annual sales of more than 200 million Swedish kronor, crystal production in Europe and the United States and Asia more than 10 countries and regions, for many years in the global network equipment industry dominate. How did TEXO achieve such impressive results? When we visited the company, the answer was simple—management. The following aspects of the company’s management left a deep impression on the author.
