目前,一些采选公司以实现生产集中化,加深生产部门的专业化和提高管理职能的集中程度来改善企业管理。这些管理过程都是生产不断增长,企业生产活动取得显著效果的最重要条件。苏联黑色冶金工业部所属的采选公司,在管理结构方面存在着很大差别,生产集中化和专业化水平也都不同。鉴于各矿山企业的矿山地质条件不同,生产技术与工艺也不同,即各有其特殊性,因此要建立一套适合所有采选公司的管理结构模式是行不通的。管理结构的改进应当在分析和揭示一些企业
