目前,幼儿园教师基本都是女性,而幼儿时期是孩子性格、情感培养的关键期,如何培养孩子勇敢、洒脱的阳刚之气是值得我们思考的问题。作者从实践的角度探索弥补幼儿园男性教师不足的方法,运用具体的事例,分析、反思家园合作中的另一种形式——邀请“爱心爸爸”进园和孩子共同开展活动,通过家园有效合作,从而达到共同促进孩子健康成长的目的。
At present, kindergarten teachers are basically women, and the early childhood is the critical period for children’s character and emotion training.
