文中提出了目前铁路隧道设计与施工中普遍存在的洞身段遇到岩体结构松散破碎或处于全风化层、土质地层的隧道浅埋段以及下穿地面构筑物、道路地段,采用洞身管棚或超前小导管与型钢钢架结合的支护形式,实施洞身管棚和小导管时,已实施的前一榀型钢钢架阻挡了管棚或超小导管插入路径,无法施工的问题,以及铁路隧道纵向水平施工缝的设置位置不明确和施工方法不统一的问题,并进行了各种施工方法的优缺点分析,提出了相应的对策与建议。
