最近,我采访了江西省体改委主任吴明辉和副主任何渭滨及部分相关的厅、局领导,对江西省今年国有企业改革、走向市场的进展情况作了初步了解。总体印象是:思想解放,观点新颖,重在落实。他们按照“把握大局、稳中求进”的总体要求,着眼于搞好搞活整个国有经济,认真贯彻“抓大放小”的方针,加大结构调整力度,推进存量资产的流动和重组,呈现出新体制、新思路、新市场的发展态势。
