企业文化是企业职工群体在生产经营和管理活动中逐步形成和发育起来的观念形态,是企业的群体精神、文化素质、文化行为、人际关系等文化现象的综合反映。要建设优秀企业文化,就必须全面把握企业文化的深刻内涵,既不能简单地认为企业文化就是思想政治工作,也不能肤浅诠释企业文化就是规章制度。
Corporate culture is the concept of the formation and development of enterprise employees in the production and management and management activities.
