企业员工在工作中常常会出现情绪的波动,从而带来许多负面的影响。情绪管理可以较好的控制负面影响的出现,从而促进企业的发展。本文探讨了禅宗在企业员工情绪管理中的作用,发现禅宗是一种内外兼顾的有效方法。
Employees often experience emotional turmoil at work, which can have many negative effects. Emotional management can better control the emergence of negative effects, thus promoting the development of enterprises. This article explores the role of Zen in the emotional management of corporate employees and finds that Zen is an effective way to combine both internal and external aspects.
