工业、制造业全面开放：张先生的工厂在巴基斯坦卡拉奇顺利建设中。去年11月,这家位于河南郑州的耐火器材工厂和巴基斯坦的合作者签订了协议,决定在那儿投资生产耐火材料。当时巴基斯坦刚发生了人质事件,张先生一行人一下飞机,就接到了中国驻巴基斯坦大使馆发去的消息,提醒他们注意安全。但张先生还是很坚定地决定在那儿投产,我们对这个项目已经考察了将近3年,而更重要的是那里有商机。
Full Opening of Industry and Manufacturing Industry: Mr. Zhang’s factory is under construction in Karachi, Pakistan. In November last year, the refractory equipment factory in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, signed an agreement with a Pakistani partner to decide where to invest in the production of refractory materials. At that time, just after the hostage incident in Pakistan, Mr. Zhang got off the plane as soon as they received the message sent by the Chinese embassy in Pakistan to remind them of their safety. However, Mr. Zhang still firmly decided to start production there. We have been examining this project for nearly three years and, more importantly, there are business opportunities there.
