資料整編是水文工作的一項基本任务。水文資料整編成果貭量的好坏,对水利建設和其他国民經济建設有直接影响。水利电力都在“1962年水文工作情况和1963年工作的意見”中指出:“水文資料整編成果是水利建設及其他国民經济建設的基本資料,关系重大,必須消灭差錯,保証貭量。”
Data reorganization is a basic task of hydrological work. The reorganization of the hydrological data into a quantitative and qualitative one has a direct impact on water conservancy construction and other national economic construction. Water and Electricity all pointed out in “Opinions on Hydrological Work in 1962 and Work in 1963”: “The result of reorganization of hydrological data is basic information for water conservancy construction and other national economic construction. It is of great relation and must eliminate mistakes and ensure quantity.”
