1990年11月14日至16日,铁道部科技司在株洲电力机车研究所召开了铁道部“交—直—交传动电力机车研制”专家论证会,应邀参加会议的有部内高等院校、研究院、所、有关工厂和铁道部科技司、机务局、计划司、工业总公司的领导和专家、教授,共计30余人。另有部分关切我国交流传动机车发展的同志也自愿参加了这次论证会。论证会由铁道部总工程师沈之介主持。
From November 14 to November 16, 1990, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways held an expert demonstration of “AC-DC-AC transmission electric locomotive” at Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute and was invited to participate in the meeting of the Ministry of Higher Education, Institute, the factory and the Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Division, the Bureau, Planning Division, Industrial Corporation leadership and experts, professors, a total of more than 30 people. In addition, some comrades concerned about the development of China’s AC locomotive also volunteered to participate in this demonstration. The demonstration will be presided over by Shen Zhijie, chief engineer of the Ministry of Railways.
