对某蓄电池厂接铅女工妊娠初期和分娩期血铅、血锌卟啉(ZPP)值动态变化及其与对照女工进行比较。接铅组女工血铅持续保持高水平,达0.98μmol/L,ZPP1.35μmol/L,婴儿脐带血铅达0.90μmol/L,ZPP1.llμmol/L均显著高于对照组女工(血铅0.26μmol/L,ZPP0.51μmol/L,脐血铅0.34μmol/L,脐血ZPP0.78μmol/L)。并分析了血铅、血ZPP持续升高的意义、相关关系和对新生儿发育的影响。
The dynamic changes of blood lead and blood zinc porphyrin (ZPP) in the first and second trimester of pregnant women receiving lead from a battery factory were compared with those of the control women workers.
