游客管理在旅游管理中扮演着重要的角色,是整个旅游收益的关键部分,规范好我国旅游景区的游客管理,对我国旅游业的可持续发展有着不可忽视的作用。目前我国大部分旅游景区虽然有采取相应的措施来管理游客,但是效果却不尽如人意。笔者就以海南景区游客管理为例,从游客管理容量、满意度、行为、体验、投诉、安全管理方面等来分析海南景区内游客管理存在优势和不足,从而针对我国目前旅游景区游客管理中存在的一系列问题提出相应的对策和措施,来加强对景区游客的管理,最终促成旅游业在可持续发展的前提下实现环境、经济、社会最大化发展。
The tourist management plays an important role in tourism management and is a key part of the whole tourism revenue. It is a must to regulate the tourist management of tourist attractions in our country and can not neglect the sustainable development of tourism in our country. At present, although most of China’s tourist attractions have taken appropriate measures to manage tourists, but the effect is not satisfactory. Taking Hainan tourist tourist management as an example, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of tourist management in Hainan scenic spots from the aspect of tourist management capacity, satisfaction, behavior, experience, complaints and safety management, and so on. In view of the current tourist destination management in China A series of questions put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures to strengthen the management of tourists in the scenic area and finally promote the tourism industry to achieve the maximum development of the environment, economy and society under the premise of sustainable development.
