目的:建立同时测定五味子种子挥发油中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、乙酸龙脑酯和榄香烯6种成分含量的气相色谱法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行挥发油的提取,采用GC对挥发油中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、乙酸龙脑酯和榄香烯6种成分进行含量测定。气相色谱条件:采用HP-1701石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×320μm×1μm);氢火焰离子化检测器(FID);进样口温度230℃;检测器温度250℃;柱温以60℃为起始温度,以10℃.min-1升温至125℃,保持5min,再以10℃.min-1升至150℃,保持2min;载气为氮气,流速为0.9mL.min-1;进样方式为分流进样,分流比10∶1;进样量为1μL。结果:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、乙酸龙脑酯和榄香烯进样浓度分别在0.0386~0.9640g.L-1(r=0.9999),0.0458~0.6870g.L-1(r=0.9996),0.0411~1.0270g.L-1(r=0.9998),0.450~0.9004g.L-1(r=0.9998),0.4043~4.0425g.L-1(r=0.9996),0.0252~0.6300g.L-1(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)分别为α-蒎烯99.48%(1.21%)、β-蒎烯99.10%(1.22%)、月桂烯100.28%(1.49%)、柠檬烯100.02%(1.57%)、乙酸龙脑酯101.68%(1.96%)和榄香烯100.75%(1.61%)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可作为五味子种子挥发油质量控制的指标。

Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as an indicator of the quality control of volatile oil from Schisandra chinensis seeds.
