[目的]为了解宣汉县常规免疫接种率监测现状,对2003～2007年常规免疫接种率监测结果进行分析。[方法]根据《全国常规免疫接种率监测方案》提供的方法进行报表及时性、完整性、估算接种率、差值(D)和比值(R)的分析评价。[结果]常规免疫接种率报告的及时性和完整性由2003年的92.79%和88.56%上升到2007年的100%和99.83%。2003～2007年卡介苗,乙肝疫苗,脊髓灰质炎疫苗,百日咳白喉破伤风联合疫苗,麻疹疫苗的常规免疫报告接种率为93.90%～99.59%,而估算接种率在59.11%～115.9%,与报告接种率有一定差距。[结论]2006年、2007年5苗接种率可信,其余均为可疑或不可信。提示宣汉县免疫规划工作存在一定问题,经过2005年底全县0～7岁儿童的入户核查登记和查漏补种工作,近2年免疫规划接种率报告工作有较大进步。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of routine immunization surveillance in Xuanhan County, the surveillance results of routine immunization rates from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed. [Method] According to the methods provided in the “National routine immunization rate monitoring program”, the analysis of timeliness, completeness, inoculation rate, difference (D) and ratio (R) [Results] The timeliness and completeness of routine immunization coverage increased from 92.79% and 88.56% in 2003 to 100% and 99.83% in 2007 respectively. The routine immunization report rates of BCG vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, polio vaccine, pertussis diphtheria tetanus tetanus vaccine and measles vaccine from 2003 to 2007 ranged from 93.90% to 99.59%, while the estimated vaccination rates ranged from 59.11% to 115.9% There is a certain gap rate. [Conclusion] The vaccination rate of 5 seedlings was credible in 2006 and 2007, while the rest were suspicious or not credible. Suggest that there is a certain problem in Xuanhan County’s immunization planning work. After the registration verification and leak detection and replanting of 0 to 7-year-old children in the county by the end of 2005, there has been a big progress in reporting the immunization coverage rate in the past two years.
