目的 :寻找一种快捷有效的测定勃氏合剂含量的方法。方法 :采用联立方程组新解法 (简称新Vierordt)测定勃氏合剂中苯巴比妥钠和咖啡因的含量 ,测定波长为 2 4 0nm和 2 73nm。结果 :平均回收率苯巴比妥钠为 99.9% ,RSD为1.5 % ,咖啡因为 98.3% ,RSD为 1.9%。结论 :本方法简便、快捷 ,结果可靠 ,是测定勃氏合剂含量的一种有效方法 ,适用于医院制剂质量控制
Objective: To find a quick and effective method for the determination of buck’s mixture content. Methods: The content of phenobarbital sodium and caffeine in Burson’s Mixture was determined by the new method of simultaneous equations (new Vierordt). The measured wavelengths were 240nm and 2 73nm. RESULTS: The average recovery was 99.9% for phenobarbital, 1.5% for RSD, 98.3% for caffeine and 1.9% for RSD. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and is an effective method for the determination of the content of Burson’s Mixture. It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparations
