本文研究了三反射镜光学系统的像差特性,提出用比较直观的解方程式的方法来设计三反射镜光学系统,举例说明了该系统的像差平衡及像质评价问题,得出焦距为4000mm,相对孔径为1:4,视场角为3°,弥散盘最大半径为6.35μm,对于空间频率150lP/mm,调制传递函数为0.36的结果。
In this paper, the aberration characteristics of the three-mirror optical system are studied. A three-mirror optical system is designed by using a relatively straightforward solution to the equation. An example is given to illustrate the problem of aberration balance and image quality evaluation. The focal length is 4000mm , The relative aperture of 1: 4, the angle of view of 3 °, the maximum radius of the disc was 6.35μm, the spatial frequency of 150lP / mm, the modulation transfer function of 0.36 results.
