目的:探讨针对肺癌患者家属实施健康教育路径的措施。方法:选择2013年5月~2016年3月在浙江省温岭市第一人民医院治疗的肺癌患者的家属156例,随机分为两组各78例,对照组给予常规健康教育。观察组在对患者家属的健康教育需求进行科学评估的基础上,结合临床研究资料,制订健康教育路径表,按照健康教育路径表的内容,对患者家属实施规范的健康教育。结果:观察组疾病知识与护理技能、遵医行为、护理满意度均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径的实施,显著提高了围术期肺癌患者家属的健康教育效果,有利于患者的术后康复。
Objective: To explore the measures for implementing health education for family members of patients with lung cancer. Methods: A total of 156 cases of lung cancer patients treated in Wenling First People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province from May 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups of 78 cases. The control group was given routine health education. Based on the scientific assessment of the health education needs of the families of the patients, the observation team made a list of pathways for health education based on clinical research materials and implemented standardized health education for the families of the patients based on the contents of the health education pathway. Results: The disease knowledge and nursing skills, compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the path of health education significantly improves the effect of health education on the family members of lung cancer patients during perioperative period, and is beneficial to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
