患女,2d,因呕血便血12h于1999年9月11日入院。查体T37℃,P150次/min,R50次/min,神志清,反应可;贫血外貌,前囟平软,心肺正常,腹软,肝右肋下2.5cm,质软,脾未触及,拥抱、吸吮、觅食反射均存在。实验室检查WBC140×10~9/L,N0.6,L0.4,RBC3.6×10~(12)/L,Hb110g/L,PC123×10~9/L,尿常规正常,出血时间2min(Dake法),凝血时间10min(试管法)。其母孕期少食蔬菜水果,患儿出生后未用维生素K制剂。诊断为新生儿出血症并发失血性贫血。立即
