在全减速顶调速系统(包括股道全减速顶调速系统或者驼峰全减速顶调速系统)中,由减速顶群构成的减速区是溜放车辆由高速逐渐降低到安全连挂速度的缓冲地带,是直接关系到调车作业安全和效率的主要调速区,技术上比较复杂。几年来,研究应用全减速顶调速系统的实践证明,减速区的设计基本上满足了运营要求。
