舰载飞机起落架目前大多数采用300M制造,它含有Si(1.6%),少量V,较多的C和Mo。Carpeter技术公司目前已研制成功一种同等强度、韧性更好、抗应力腐蚀开裂能力更强的新钢,命名为AerMet100,含0.23C、13.4Co、11.1Ni、3.1Cr和1.2Mo。这种合金钢用作起落架和刹车盘将可明显减重,也可以用作发动机轴、高强度螺栓和枪膛。 AerMet100热处理制度是:870~885℃固溶退火+470~510℃时效。处理后的硬度为49~54Rc,在低强度状态下,断裂韧性>137MPa·m~(1/2)。在屈服强度为1725MPa时,纵向K_(IC)>110MPa·m~(1/2);K_(ISCC)=33MPa·m~(1/2)(3.5%NaCl中加载1000h)。
Most of the carrier aircraft landing gear currently used 300M, which contains Si (1.6%), a small amount of V, C and Mo more. Carpeter Technologies has now developed a new steel of equal strength, better toughness and greater resistance to stress corrosion cracking, named AerMet100, containing 0.23C, 13.4Co, 11.1Ni, 3.1Cr and 1.2Mo. This alloy steel, used as a landing gear and brake disc, will provide significant weight reduction and can also be used as an engine shaft, high strength bolt and gun chamber. AerMet100 heat treatment system is: 870 ~ 885 ℃ solution annealing + 470 ~ 510 ℃ aging. The hardness after treatment is 49-54 Rc, and the fracture toughness is> 137 MPa · m 1/2 at low strength. When the yield strength is 1725MPa, the longitudinal K IC (IC)> 110MPa · m ~ (1/2); K ISCC = 33MPa · m 1/2 (1000h in 3.5% NaCl).
