Retinal vein occlusion is one of the most serious ocular diseases that can damage eyesight. It is one of the most important eye diseases caused by middle-aged or older people. It is often complicated by hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and so on. These systemic diseases are not uncommon at home. As early as 1878, Michcl first described the disease and pointed out that retinal hemorrhage is associated with circulatory disturbance in the greater veins. Regardless of retinal central vein or its branches obstruction, are varying degrees of violation of the macular area, thus impairing visual function, and its serious complications of a hemorrhagic glaucoma, it is not only blinding, and often remove the pain to remove the eye. As the incidence of this disease is not uncommon, so the domestic and international literature on the disease more, this article intends to several aspects of the disease, combined with the past two years, our clinical cases (18 cases, 18 eyes) to be outlined.
