电能表是测量电能的工具,多费率电能表是进行分时段计量的电能表,实现多费率电能表的自动抄表是当前全国范围内实行分时电价管理发展的必然趋势。由于台区下用户电表量多、布局分散且数据信息量大等原因,安全可靠地实行多费率电能表的自动抄表并非易事。将Internet分布式网络技术应用于自动抄表系统中去,实现电表数据通过路由可靠地传输是一种解决自动抄表问题的崭新思路。介绍了分布式系统中路由技术在AMR中的具体应用以及系统的组成、工作原理;以多费率自动抄表系统在武汉供电局汉口供电分局成功应用为例对抄表系统进行效益评估,结果表明该系统可带来可观的经济效益。
Electric energy meter is a tool to measure electric energy. Multi-rate electric energy meter is an energy meter for measuring time-divided time. Automatic meter reading of multi-rate electric energy meter is the inevitable trend of current time-sharing electricity price management in the whole country. Due to the large number of user meters in the Taiwan area, scattered layout and large amount of data and other reasons, the safe and reliable automatic meter reading multi-rate meter is not easy. The Internet distributed network technology used in automatic meter reading system to achieve the reliable transmission of meter data through the routing is a solution to the problem of automatic meter reading a new idea. This paper introduces the application of routing technology in AMR in distributed system as well as the composition and working principle of the system. The multi-tariff automatic meter reading system is used to evaluate the efficiency of meter reading system in Wuhan Power Supply Bureau. Shows that the system can bring considerable economic benefits.
