我厂初轧机由两台A6870F/16型电动机驱动。随着生产的发展,辊径在逐步增大,轧制道次一再压缩,目前主电机已在满负荷下运行,其控制系统的掉电电流(10500安)和跳闸电流(13500安)是恒定的,而初轧辊的辊径却在1180~1080毫米间变化。这种条件势必引起下述不良后果: 第一,当其余轧制工艺条件恒定时,大辊径轧制则轧制力矩将随之加大,即使钢锭的轧制温度正常,也引起掉电打回,
