白血病的分型,长期来应用细胞形态学和细胞化学染色检查。近年来用白细胞分化抗原的单克隆抗体(McAb)检测白血病细胞表面标志,为白血病分型及预后判断增添了新的手段。本文报告用17种抗人白细胞单克隆抗体对20例白血病患者的检测结果与临床特点进行分析。
Leukemia typing, long-term use of cell morphology and cytochemical staining. In recent years, the detection of leukemic cell surface markers with monoclonal antibodies against leukocyte differentiation (McAb) has added new methods for leukemia typing and prognosis. This article reports the use of 17 anti-human leukocyte monoclonal antibodies in 20 patients with leukemia test results and clinical features were analyzed.
