后进生是学校社会工作辅导的主要对象,是在班级中常违反道德原则或犯严重过错的学生,传统的学校社会工作介入方式不能对其起到很好的辅导作用,无法根本解决其问题。优势视角指导下的学校社会工作,变问题聚焦为优势聚焦,帮助学生构建抗逆力,增强其自我认同感和未来解决人生困难的能力。本文主要将传统社会工作视角下的中学后进生辅导存在的弊端,和优势视角的学校社会工作后进生辅导的长处进行比较,并提出了学校社会工作帮助后进生建构抗逆力、和对后进生进行辅导的相关策略。
Students are the main target of social work counseling in schools. They are students who frequently violate moral principles or make serious mistakes in class. The traditional way of intervention in school social work can not play a very good role in counseling and can not fundamentally solve its problems. School social work under the guidance of a dominant perspective changes the focus of the problem to focus on strengths, helping students to build resilience, enhance their self-identity and their ability to solve life’s difficulties in the future. This article mainly compares the malpractice of secondary school post-secondary guidance under the traditional social work perspective with the advantages of post-secondary counseling of school social work, and proposes that social work of schools should help post-graduation students construct their resilience, Counseling related strategies.
