作为一名小学语文教师,我们要关注学生的发展和教育教学改革的变化及动向,新课程改革的提出和实施需要我们处于一线教师的积极参与和推进,没有一线教师的积极参与,教育教学改革就是一句空话。因此,教育教学改革要实现良好的效果必须要让教育教学理论与小学语文学科进行有机的结合。教育教学理论和小学语文教学的结合不是简单的过程,而是二次创造的过程,这一过程需要我们教师的积极参与和创新精神的发挥。
