农机项目资金是国家预算安排的用于支持农业发展生产,并具有特定用途的财政性资金,是政府支持农业和农村经济发展的主要手段。近年来,党中央、国务院加大对基础设施的投入,农机项目建设投资力度日益加大,农业生产条件得到较大改善,综合生产能力不断提高,为农业和农村经济的发展、农民收入水平的提高奠定了良好的基础。但农机项目资金管理及使用中存在着不容忽视的问题,本文首先分析了当前项目资金管理中存在的问题,在分析问题的基础上,提出了完善项目资金管理的对策。
