分析测定诺丽叶中的主要营养与功能性成分,并采用过氧化氢体系、超氧阴离子体系、羟基自由基体系和Oyaizu法,分别对诺丽叶水提取物(water extract,WE)、石油醚提取物(petroleum etherextract,PEE)、乙酸乙酯提取物(ethyl acetate extract,EAE)、氯仿提取物(chloroform extract,CE)、正丁醇提取物(n-butanol extract,BE)和Vc的抗氧化活性进行测定和比较.结果表明:诺丽叶不仅具有较高的营养和功能价值,还具有一定的抗氧化性质,对H2O2的清除能力依次为Vc>BE>CE>EAE>PEE>WE;对O2?的抗氧化活性依次为Vc>BE>EAE>WE>PEE>CE;对?OH的抗氧化活性依次为Vc>BE>CE>EAE>PEE>WE;而其还原能力强弱顺序依次为BE>EAE>WE>PEE>CE.5种提取物均具有一定的抗氧化性,随着浓度的增加而提高;且在不同的自由基产生体系中,对几种自由基均有不同程度的清除作用.
