以γ-32P-ATP作磷酸供体,经三步连续的酶反应制备α-32P-dGTp。相对于投料的32Pi(Na332PO4)量,产品收率达93%。分离后的标记物经高效液相色谱(HPLC)测淀,放射化学纯度为97%。标记物比活度为1.6×1017Bq/mol。
Α-32P-dGTp was prepared by a three-step continuous enzymatic reaction using γ-32P-ATP as a phosphate donor. Relative to the amount of feed 32Pi (Na332PO4), the product yield of 93%. The separated label was subjected to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with a radiochemical purity of 97%. The specific activity of the marker was 1.6 × 10 17 Bq / mol.
