集中分层式稳定控制系统的设计思想是集中管理、区域控制。它根据从调度系统取得的实时或准实时信息在线生成和刷新对策表 ,灵活适应网络结构和运行方式的变化。当系统发生短路故障后 ,子站根据当前运行方式下的对策表查出应当切除的发电容量及相应的发电机 ,执行切机操作 ,保证系统的暂态稳定。文中给出了实验平台可行性研究的部分结果。新对策表的计算和刷新时间在 5min左右 ,能够满足在线应用的要求
Centralized hierarchical control system design is a centralized management, regional control. It generates and refreshes the action table online based on real-time or near-real-time information obtained from the dispatch system and flexibly adapts to changes in the network structure and operation mode. When the system has a short-circuit fault, the substation will find out the generating capacity to be cut off and the corresponding generator according to the countermeasure table in the current operation mode and execute the operation of cutting machine to ensure the transient stability of the system. The paper gives some results of the feasibility of the experimental platform. The new strategy table calculation and refresh time in 5min or so, to meet the requirements of online applications
