我国法理学的现状是目前法学界尤为关注的问题。作者从自身所从事的专业视角对我国法理学的现状进行了学理性描述，认为中国法理学正处于见识多元与知识整合的两难境遇中。其中法理学的见识多元主要体现在对法律及法律变革、法理学的功能及发展方向、法学家的作用等方面的分歧上。而法理学的知识整合则是中国社会向法治社会迈进时进行社会动员、发展中国的法学教育和法律职业、提升法理见识多元与知识整合的明显冲突。这种冲突具体表现为：法理见识多元的民间化与知识整合的官方化、法理见识多元的自治性与知识整合的霸权性、法理见识多元的明道性与知识整合的事功性以及法理知识整合的无序化与这种整合的见识化诸方面。为此，笔者提出了中国法理知识整合体制化的新思路。
The status quo of jurisprudence in our country is a particular concern of the law circles. The author describes the status quo of Jurisprudence in our country from the perspective of his own specialty, and holds that Jurisprudence in China is in the dilemma of diversity of knowledge and integration of knowledge.
