目的探讨CEB抗电磁辐射的生物学效应。方法建立人工电磁场辐谢系统;取健康人淋巴细胞,标明实验与对照;实验组加入细胞保护剂—CEB,对照组加入同等体积的生理盐水;一并置于电磁场环境中培养观察;采用KL型免疫图像分析系统分别检测T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs转录活性(I/S)值。结果实验组T淋巴细胞L/S为6.72%±0.83%,高于对照组5.81%±1.28%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本实验结果提示电磁辐射能降低人体T淋巴细胞AgNORs转录活性;CEB能增强细胞的抗辐射能力。
Objective To investigate the biological effects of CEB against electromagnetic radiation. Methods Establish artificial electromagnetic field radiating system; take healthy human lymphocytes and mark experiment and control; add experimental group and control group; experimental group add cytoprotective agent-CEB, add equal volume of normal saline in control group; observe in electromagnetic field environment; Immune image analysis system were detected T-lymphocyte Ag-NORs transcriptional activity (I / S) value. Results The L / S of T lymphocytes in experimental group was 6.72% ± 0.83%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (5.81% ± 1.28%, P <0.01). Conclusion Our results suggest that electromagnetic radiation can reduce AgNORs transcription activity of human T lymphocytes; CEB can enhance the cell’s ability to resist radiation.
