根据我军武器装备管理实际和发展需求,提出了武器装备组织冲突及其管理创新问题。在科学认识组织冲突及其管理需求的基础上,以空军武器装备管理系统为主要研究对象,从系统和流程的角度对武器装备管理系统组织冲突因素及其影响进行了定性和定量分析,明确了武器装备管理系统组织冲突的基本因素及其影响程度,提出了武器装备管理系统纽织冲突管理的对策建议和管理途径。
According to the actual needs and development needs of our army’s weapons and equipment management, we put forward the issue of the conflict of the weapons and equipment organizations and their management innovation. Based on the scientific understanding of organizational conflicts and their management needs, the Air Force’s weapons and equipment management system is taken as the main research object. The conflict and its impact on the organization of the weapon and equipment management system are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed from the system and process perspectives. The basic factors of the organization conflict of the weapon and equipment management system and the degree of their impact are presented. The countermeasures and suggestions on how to manage the conflict of the weapon and equipment management system are proposed.
