农村社区是社会主义新农村建设的重要载体及平台,将传统的村庄建设转变为新农村社区建设,是不断推进社会主义新农村建设的有效途径。农村多村一社区的建设有利于激活农村的活力、推动农村的各项事业发展、实现公共服务均有重要的作用,是新时期解决城乡二元体制、实现统筹兼顾城乡发展的一条重要途径,对国家政治稳定和社会发展具有重要意义。由于农村受客观因素的影响,在发展的过程中与城市发生了巨大的差距,居住环境的改善是农民需求中最重要的一部分,农民对楼房的建设还存在着许多忧虑,这也成为新农村建设不能顺利进行的障碍。一生靠种地养殖并且一直生活在平房里的农民是否能适应新的社区环境,住进楼房?住进楼房后农民的生活会存在着什么样的问题?对待这些问题的解决方式是什么?带着这些问题开始调研,走进农民的生活,了解民生,解决问题。
