本刊1965年6期上登载济南第二机床厂设备动力科“车床床身导轨修复后的补偿方法”,认为在溜板与溜板箱结合平面修去一层后,移动中间齿轮来保证齿轮啮合中心距的方法较好。而我厂认为该方法在一定条件下是合适的,但在有些条件下不一定是最好的办法,现将我们采用的方法提出来供参考并商讨。以C620-1车床为例,当导轨修复后下沉量不大,在0.50毫米左右时,我们一般使齿轮1(图1)负变位来解决。在不产生根切的条件下,齿轮1的最大负变位系数ξ为:
