为了观察额叶皮层对大鼠细胞免疫功能的调控作用,选用雄性Wistar大鼠,分为左侧额叶皮层毁损组、右侧额叶皮层毁损组、假手术对照组和无创伤对照组,于术后d19检测其外周血中CD8+细胞和脾细胞增殖。结果:假手术组与无创伤对照组间外周血CD8+细胞无显著差异;左、右额叶毁损组外周血CD8+细胞和脾细胞增殖指数(SI)均显著高于假手术组(P<0.01)。结论:额叶皮层毁损可增强机体细胞免疫功能,且左右对称。
In order to observe the regulatory effect of frontal cortex on cellular immune function in rats, male Wistar rats were selected and divided into left frontal cortex lesion group, right frontal cortex lesion group, sham operation control group and non-invasive control group Proliferation of CD8 + cells and splenocytes in peripheral blood was detected at postoperative day 19.
