作者采用稳定性同位素~(13)CO_2、~(15)N_2、~(15)NO_3研究了光合产物,固定氮和施肥氮在花期以后对大豆结荚、鼓粒的作用以及在植株体内运转的机制。材料和方法1.供试植株栽培。5月30日将接种 J501根瘤菌的“农林2号”大豆种子,播入盛有10cm 厚河砂的瓷盘并放进温室苗床,于叶期(6月13日)取苗移进0.02m~2的瓷盘中水培,并用氨基甲酸乙酯将植株固定在瓷盘中央,水培液中含 NO_3-N 10ppm,开花前每隔3日,开花后每隔2日更换一次水培液。
